We are seeking a skilled IT professional to join our team as an IT Technician. This role involves providing technical support and troubleshooting for computer hardware, software, mobile devices, and other technological products. The ideal candidate will have strong analytical and problem-solving skills, excellent communication and customer service abilities, and a high attention to detail.

About the Role

This position offers the opportunity to work in a dynamic international environment and contribute to the success of our clients. You will be responsible for offering technical support and troubleshooting, handling first and second-level technical support, responding quickly to IT-related inquiries, and accurately documenting all user interactions in the Service Now ticketing system.

Responsibilities
  • Offer technical support and troubleshooting for computer hardware, software, mobile devices, and other technological products
  • Handle first and second-level technical support, including calls, tickets, and user interactions
  • Respond quickly to IT-related inquiries from end-users
  • Accurately document all user interactions in the Service Now ticketing system (e.g., incidents, requests)
  • Develop, maintain, and utilize knowledge base articles
  • Conduct IT onboarding training sessions for new employees
  • Participate in initiatives aimed at continuous improvements
Requirements

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • Language proficiency: Fluent in both German and English; additional languages are an advantage
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in a similar role
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent communication and customer service abilities
  • High attention to detail, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and stakeholders
  • Ability to prioritize tasks and work independently in an organized manner
  • Collaborative team player with a supportive attitude
