Data Insights Director

We are seeking a seasoned professional to lead our Data team as a Data Insights Director. This role involves overseeing the development and optimization of data analyses, designing comprehensive reports and dashboards, and mentoring a high-performing team of Data Analysts and Analytics Engineers.

The annual gross salary for this position starts at 60,000 Euros, with opportunities for overpayment based on qualification and experience. Our unique approach to work includes a 4-day work week, allowing for a better work-life balance.

This role requires a relentless problem solver with advanced knowledge of SQL, relational databases (e.g., MySQL, PostgreSQL, Amazon Redshift), and visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, PowerBI, Metabase, Looker). Experience in Python and expertise in data modeling, data structures, and data quality practices are highly valued.

1. Mentor and guide team members while taking on people management responsibilities.

3. Supervise the design and creation of comprehensive reports and dashboards.
4. Analyze results, recommend actions, and support company-wide decisions.
