Cyber Network Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled Cyber Network Specialist to join our team at Generali Österreich. As a key member of our IT department, you will be responsible for designing, deploying, and operating our network services on an international level.
About the JobThe ideal candidate will have in-depth knowledge of Networking technologies, including Cisco Networks Switching, Routing, Firewalling, WLAN, ISE with Catalyst Center (aka DNA-Center) and Meraki. You will also be responsible for network monitoring, maintenance, and further development of operational documentation.
Responsibilities- Full technological responsibility (operations, 2nd level support and lifecycle management) of the network environment
- Processing of incoming service requests
- Participation in the change, incident management and problem management process
- Maintenance and further development of operational documentation
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- Vocational training in Communication Systems and Networks or Bachelor degree in Computer Science or Engineering
- Knowledge, experience, and interest in Networking technologies
- Knowledge of Cisco Networks Switching, Routing, Firewalling, WLAN, ISE with Catalyst Center (aka DNA-Center) and Meraki
- Network monitoring knowledge
- German (spoken and written) and Level B2 in English
- Analytical skills, high level of problem-solving skills, goal-oriented work, and a strong customer focus
- A high level of commitment, confident appearance, strong communication skills, and presentation skills
- Team spirit and willingness to travel on business

The estimated annual salary for this position is at least 64,603.20 EUR gross per year for 38.5 hours per week. We agree on your actual salary depending on your education and experience.
