BMW Vertriebs GmbH is a leading manufacturer of premium automobiles and motorcycles, seeking an exceptional Automotive Wholesale Operations Expert to join our dynamic team.

This role offers a unique opportunity to leverage your skills and experience in wholesale operations, invoicing, and customer service to drive business growth and excellence. As an expert in this field, you will be responsible for managing the BMW and MINI vehicle invoicing process, contributing to the wholesale funnel management, and providing first-level support to our valued customers.

About the Role:

  • Manage the BMW and MINI vehicle invoicing process, ensuring seamless execution and minimal errors.
  • Collaborate with BMW Financial Services to optimize credit line management.
  • Provide first-level support, error handling, and request assistance to selected markets.
  • Maintain system expertise in relevant invoicing and WHS operations tools and systems.
  • Contribute to the development of strategic initiatives and projects that enhance our wholesale operations.

Your Skills and Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in business management or a related field.
  • Proven experience in automotive wholesale operations, invoicing, and customer service.
  • Excellent communication skills in English (written and spoken), German is advantageous but not required.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a focus on delivering high-quality results.
  • Able to work independently and collaboratively as part of a dynamic team.
