BMW Sales Operations Specialist

Sales Operations Specialist Job DescriptionWe are currently seeking an experienced Sales Operations Specialist to support our European Sales Operations department in optimizing vehicle stock and distribution channels. The successful candidate will be responsible for generating vehicle configuration templates using the ConRecOrd system, monitoring template actuality, and ensuring conformity within the framework of the STAC.
Key responsibilities include:
- Tool-supported generation of vehicle configuration templates in the ConRecOrd system
- Monitoring the actuality of active templates and ensuring restriction conformity within the STAC framework
- Regular exchange with central interfaces (e.g., ordering, stock management, volume planning) and market-based sales functions (e.g., area managers)
- Identifying new system requirements and forwarding process and system adjustments to the respective business process owner
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- A degree in business administration, logistics, or a comparable field with initial professional experience in the automotive industry in an operational sales role
- Alternatively, completion of vocational training and at least 5 years of professional experience in an operational sales role
- Experience with the BMW Group template management system ConRecOrd (a plus)
- Familiarity with BMW processes and confidence in handling and communicating with various interface partners
- Personal initiative and 100% reliability
- Team spirit and intercultural skills
- Fluent business English
