Senior Wholesale Operations Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled Specialist Invoicing and Wholesale Operations professional to join our team at BMW Group in Salzburg, Austria.
About the RoleThe ideal candidate will possess strong analytical skills and have excellent knowledge of automotive invoicing processes. They will be responsible for managing the BMW and MINI vehicle invoicing process for the Region CS (Central- and Southeastern Europe).
In this role, you will contribute to the Wholesale funnel management for the BMW Group CS markets to achieve Wholesale targets. Additionally, you will analyze, create reports, and derive measures for month-end steering and potential exploitation.
You will manage credit lines in cooperation with BMW Financial Services and provide first-level support, error handling, and request handling for selected CS markets. As a system expert for relevant invoicing and WHS operations tools and systems, you will manage the BMW Motorrad invoicing process for the CS region and collaborate with markets and BMW Motorrad department.
Suitable candidates should have a Bachelor or Master degree in business management or similar and well-founded knowledge and process experience in the automotive environment. Excellent communication skills in English (written and spoken), German advantageous but not required, are essential for this role.

Compensation PackageWe offer an attractive salary and benefit package, with a minimum gross salary of EUR 33,000 per year. The actual salary will depend on your qualifications and professional experience.
