Strategic Sales Operations Manager

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Sales Operations Specialist to join our team at BMW Vertriebs GmbH.

Job Responsibilities- Ensure seamless production pipeline management by ordering stock vehicles, both centrally and regionally, based on recommended configurations.
- Maintain continuous monitoring of the order/production pipeline and manage incidents by identifying problems, deriving measures, and coordinating communication with relevant stakeholders.
- Develop strong relationships with central interfaces and market-based sales functions to optimize sales operations.
- Provide expert support for dealer queries beyond First Level Support.
- Determine new system requirements and communicate process adjustments to the business process owner when necessary.
- Participate in setting up the ordering team during the initial setup phase of the new BMW/MINI sales model.
- A degree in business administration, logistics, or related field, combined with initial professional experience in operational sales roles within the automotive industry.
- Alternatively, completed vocational training and at least 5 years of experience in operational sales roles.
- Prior experience with BMW Group ordering systems (e.g., IVS-R; DVP) is beneficial.
- Confidence in handling and communicating with various interface partners, including specialist departments, central functions, and third-party providers.
- Strong organizational and planning skills.
- Personal initiative and reliability.
- Team spirit and intercultural skills.
- Fluent business English language proficiency.

Minimum salary: € 2,900 gross per month. The actual salary will be determined based on qualifications and professional experience, with significant overpayment possible for suitable candidates.
