BMW Vertriebs GmbH, a leading player in the automotive industry, is seeking an experienced Stock Management Professional to join its European Sales Operations department. This role will play a critical part in managing vehicle stock and distribution channels across Europe.

The European Sales Operations department is responsible for optimizing vehicle stock management, ensuring that the right vehicles are available at the right time and place. As a Stock Management Professional, you will be instrumental in achieving this goal.

Salary

We offer a competitive salary package, with a minimum gross monthly salary of € 2,900. Your actual salary will depend on your qualifications and experience, and we determine it individually in a personal interview.

Job Description

As a Stock Management Professional, you will be responsible for:

  • Managing the European vehicle stock of all new cars and young used cars (YUC) using the VSM platform
  • Allocating vehicles to locations and usage, as well as steering pan-European offers based on guidelines from central regional functions
  • Maintaining stock levels and auditing vehicles in the region, adhering to European and local tax & law requirements
Required Skills and Qualifications

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • A degree in business administration, logistics, or a comparable field
  • Initial professional experience in the automotive industry, preferably in operational stock management
  • Familiarity with the BMW Group ordering system IVS-R is a plus
  • Strong organizational and planning skills, with the ability to accurately track inventory and run predefined reports
