About the RoleThis exciting opportunity is for a skilled professional who will develop and implement tools for the digital after-sales journey. You will oversee the management of strategic service partners and expand service coverage into new markets. Your mission will also include fostering and managing strategic partnerships to grow the service business and creating business cases for new service offerings.
Your Key Responsibilities- Develop and implement centralized digital planning tools, competence matrices, and digital service reports for all marine product groups;
- Oversee the management of strategic service partners and expand service coverage into white spots;
- Foster and manage strategic partnerships to grow the service business;
- Create business cases for new service offerings in alignment with the segments we serve;
To succeed in this role, you will need:
- A strong background in Aftersales, preferably in the marine or heavy machinery industry;
- A degree in Economics or Engineering, or comparable professional experience;
- Proactive networking skills, strong emotional intelligence, and advanced communication skills;
- Experience as a team player with a structured and self-organized approach to work;
- Excellent verbal and written English skills;

The minimum yearly gross salary according to Austrian metal industry collective agreement is €52,197.04 based on full-time employment. According to experience and qualification, we offer a market-conform overpayment.
