About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Sustainability Data Specialist to support our sustainability program. As a key member of our team, you will play a crucial role in developing and implementing data-driven solutions to drive sustainability initiatives.

About the Job

  • Leverage your expertise in business intelligence and reporting systems to integrate sustainability data and ensure seamless integration with existing systems.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop detailed project plans, coordinate stakeholder engagement, and document requirements for IT implementation.
  • Design and implement business concepts, data modeling structures, and reporting frameworks to meet evolving sustainability needs.
  • Act as a liaison between business stakeholders and IT teams to facilitate effective communication and resolve technical issues.
  • Develop and maintain high-quality documentation, training materials, and process guides to ensure efficient knowledge transfer.

Requirements and Qualifications

  • 3+ years of experience in sustainability and/or business intelligence, with a strong track record of project involvement.
  • Proven expertise in business intelligence and reporting systems, including SAP ERP-S4, SAP BI, SAP Analytics Cloud, Tableau, or similar platforms.
  • University degree in sustainability, business administration, finance, economics, business informatics, or related fields.
  • Familiarity with sustainability regulations and developments, as well as emerging trends and innovations.
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills, with the ability to translate complex business requirements into actionable insights.
