ESG Risk Management Specialist

We are seeking an experienced ESG Risk Management Expert to join our global compliance and risk organization.
About the RoleIn this role, you will be responsible for integrating ESG risk management into our risk management system, focusing on risk assessments and mitigations. You will consolidate existing data and risk assessments, adhering to globally recognized standards, regulatory trends, and case law.
You will also implement tools and controls to promote group-wide collaboration, monitoring, and reporting obligations. Furthermore, you will work in a matrix with colleagues from different markets and senior stakeholders to provide central oversight of the effectiveness of our management systems.
Your ProfileTo succeed in this role, you should have:
- A Bachelor's degree in law, business, data, information technology, or a related field
- At least 1-3 years of experience in a risk or compliance role, with a focus on risk management
- In-depth knowledge of risk and compliance management standards
- Business fluency in English
- An analytical way of thinking and the ability to work on complex issues independently
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and cross-functional collaboration abilities

The gross annual salary for this position starts at €52,700. Depending on your qualifications and experience, we may consider additional compensation.
