Job Description

We are looking for an Automotive Sales Operations Manager to join our team in Salzburg. The successful candidate will support the transition into our new sales model and ensure consistency across Europe-wide vehicle call-off processes.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Collaborate with national sales companies to support the transition into the new sales model
  • Monitor and manage logistic & financial vehicle flow, including identification and evaluation of problems, derivation of measures, and coordination of communication with process partners
  • Main interface to invoicing & logistic functions in markets, ensuring functional and compliant sales operations processes
Requirements:
  • Successful completion of university studies with business orientation or vocational training with relevant experience in the automotive or logistics sector
  • At least 3 years of professional experience in the industry or 10 years of experience with vocational training
  • Confidence in handling interface partners, specialist departments, IT, and market functions

Salary

The minimum salary for this position is € 2,900 gross per month, depending on qualification and experience. A significant overpayment is possible based on suitability.
