Are you passionate about delivering top-notch IT support and ensuring seamless technical experiences for our clients? We're seeking an experienced Territory IT Support Expert to join our team in Germany.

About the Role

This is a fantastic opportunity to work with a leading bank, providing first-level support for various IT-related issues. You will be responsible for installing, troubleshooting, and maintaining workplace equipment, mobile devices, and network systems.

As a key member of our team, you will:

  • Provide on-site support for technical issues, analyzing problems and implementing solutions efficiently;
  • Support and instruct users on how to use our digital tools and services;
  • Collaborate with colleagues to resolve complex technical challenges;
  • Participate in projects and rollouts related to the Digital Workplace area.
Requirements

To succeed in this role, you should have:

  • A very good command of German (C1 level or higher) and excellent English skills;
  • Extensive experience in IT support, preferably in a similar industry;
  • Familiarity with ticketing systems and project management tools;
  • The ability to travel between locations as needed.
