Join Our Team as a Customer Relationship Manager

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Customer Relationship Manager at Porsche Bank AG. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with our customers and partners, providing exceptional service and support to ensure their needs are met.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers and partners to understand their needs and preferences.
  • Provide exceptional service and support to customers, responding to their inquiries and resolving any issues in a timely and professional manner.
  • Work closely with internal teams to ensure seamless communication and collaboration.
  • Identify opportunities to upsell and cross-sell products and services to customers.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and developments to ensure our customers receive the best possible service.
Requirements:
  • Abgeschlossene kaufmännische Ausbildung (Lehre, HAK, HBLA, HTL)
  • Erfahrung in der Bank- oder Finanzdienstleistungsbranche von Vorteil
  • Verkaufs- und kundenorientiertes Denken
  • Kommunikationsfreude und Verhandlungsgeschick
  • Engagement, hohe Einsatzbereitschaft und ausgeprägte Teamfähigkeit
  • Freude am selbstständigen und eigenverantwortlichen Arbeiten
  • Einwandfreies sprachliches Ausdrucksvermögen in Wort und Schrift
