Job Title: Outlet Manager JOOP Salzburg

Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Outlet Manager to join our team at JOOP Salzburg. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for managing the entire section of our outlet store, driving sales and revenue growth, and ensuring exceptional customer service.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage the sales and revenue of your department, setting targets and achieving results
  • Control the flow of goods, ensuring efficient stock management and minimizing waste
  • Organize staffing, leading and motivating your team to deliver exceptional customer service
  • Ensure the department layout is attractive and merchandise is presented to promote sales
  • Provide expert advice and support to customers, building strong relationships and driving sales

Requirements:

  • Completed commercial training in retail or comparable education/training
  • Several years of professional experience in fashion retail, as an assistant department manager or deputy
  • Passion and enthusiasm for fashion and lifestyle
  • Excellent customer focus and positive attitude
  • Excellent communication skills and highly developed people skills

Benefits:

  • Minimum wage in employment group F level 1 is EUR 2.717,-- gross for full-time work, 14 times a year
  • Will to overpay depending on qualifications
