Job Summary

We are seeking a Senior Experte für Informationssicherheit und operative Resilienz to join our team. As a key member of our information security team, you will be responsible for developing and implementing our information security strategy, ensuring the operational resilience of our systems and processes, and providing expert advice to our leadership team.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement our information security strategy in line with our business strategy and the requirements of the DORA-Verordnung
  • Continuously review and improve our ISMS to ensure operational resilience
  • Ensure that all business areas and external service providers adhere to our information security standards and guidelines
  • Provide expert advice to our leadership team on all aspects of information security and regular reporting on the status of our information security
  • Develop and conduct training and awareness programs for all employees on information security
  • Lead the investigation and response to security incidents and develop our incident response plans
  • Collaborate with our data protection officer to ensure data protection and data security
  • Lead the development and implementation of business continuity and disaster recovery plans

Requirements

  • Master's degree in IT, information security, risk management, or compliance
  • Deep knowledge of information security standards and norms, preferably with experience in applying the DORA-Verordnung
  • Several years of experience in a comparable position
  • CISM, CISSP, or similar certifications are an asset
  • Organizational talent, communication, and team skills
  • Independent working style, engagement, and perseverance
  • Fluent German and English language skills
  • Occasional travel
