Information Security Management System Intern

The IAEA Division of Information Technology seeks an intern to assist the Central Information Security Group with implementing and improving the Information Security Management System (ISMS) for the Agency.
Key Responsibilities:
- Coordinating ISMS activities with stakeholders, including the formalization of the control framework in the Governance, Risk and Compliance (GRC) tool.
- Gathering and analysing data for reporting on the ISMS performance.
- Assisting in training and awareness activities, including running phishing campaigns and organizing Cybersecurity Awareness Days.
- Coordinating activities related to Identity and Access Management.
- Supporting ad-hoc operational security tasks as required.
Requirements:
- University degree in Information Technology or other relevant field.
- Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint) and Microsoft 365 (Teams, SharePoint).
- Organising, analytical, communication and time-management skills.
- Risk Management and Project Management skills are an asset.
Eligibility:
- Candidates must be at least 20 years old and have completed at least three years of full-time studies at a university or equivalent institution.
- Candidates may apply up to one year after completing a bachelor's, master's or doctorate degree.
- Candidates must not have previously participated in the IAEA's internship programme.
- Good written and spoken English is essential, with fluency in any other IAEA official language an asset.
- Candidates must attach two signed letters of recommendation to their application.
