Electrical Project Manager with a Focus on National and European Restoration Projects

Job Description

We are looking for an Electrical Project Manager to join our team. As an Electrical Project Manager, you will be responsible for the implementation of electrical projects, including maintenance and restoration work for our owned properties. Your main focus will be on electrical equipment, lighting renovations/adaptations, and general restoration and maintenance of electrical systems.

  • Create electrical project concepts, schemas, and feasibility studies
  • Coordinate submission, execution, and detail plans
  • Create cost estimates and amortization calculations
  • Prepare tender documents and procure quotations and negotiate contracts
  • Take responsibility for costs and timelines
  • Communicate with local authorities and electrical service providers
  • Collaborate with internal colleagues and consultants at site

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • A degree in electrical engineering (FH, HTL or Master) and several years of experience in a similar field, particularly in electrical building equipment
  • Strong project management skills
  • Proficiency in MS Office, CAD programs (AutoCad/DDSCad), lighting calculation software (Dialux), and tender software (ABK or Nevaris)
  • The ability to take charge, show initiative, and empathize with others
  • Travel readiness primarily in Austria; occasional travel to Europe may be required
  • Excellent English language skills and a valid driving license (Class B)
