About the Role

The Digital Sales Development team at SAP is responsible for guiding and influencing customers to take informed decisions in the early stages of their digital transformation journey. As a Digital Sales Development Associate, you will play a key role in building and nurturing a pipeline of sales opportunities and incremental revenue aligned with the Sales and Marketing teams.

Key Responsibilities

  • Support the team in accelerating pipeline and increasing conversion by executing programmatic recycled and reconstituted nurturing campaigns.
  • Learn how to execute targeted Outbound Campaigns via phone and email, and qualify leads according to the applicable methodology.
  • Understand how to nurture leads received from other demand generation functions and progress stalled pipeline.
  • Align with Sales colleagues for most effective territory planning and execution, covering all routes to market.
  • Support the generation and qualification of leads through proper means, and pass qualified leads to Sales resource for opportunity management and execution.
  • Regularly review lead pipeline and progression, and provide qualitative and quantitative feedback to Marketing on campaigns.

Requirements

  • Current University student in Austria.
  • Study fields: Business Administration, Management, Sales, Marketing, Data/Process Management, IT/Digital Transformation, etc.
  • Languages: proficiency in English and German is a must.
  • Preferably Digital (Remote) Experience, specifically in high volume of customer-facing experience, phone-centric work.
