Analog Design Group Manager

We are seeking a highly experienced Analog Design Group Manager to lead our Power Management Integrated Circuits team. As a key member of our engineering team, you will be responsible for guiding a team of analog design engineers and driving the development of innovative power management solutions.
Key Responsibilities- Technical Leadership: Provide technical guidance and oversight to the team, ensuring the successful delivery of projects to production.
- Team Development: Foster a collaborative and learning environment, providing opportunities for team members to grow and develop their skills.
- Representation: Represent the team and their work in interactions with other groups in the company, management, and customers.
- Typically, 12–15 years' experience in analog integrated circuit design and leadership.
- Track record of delivering chip design from specification to production.
- Hands-on experience in Power Management circuits such as switching regulators and/or linear regulators with contributions to development of new IP.
- Deep knowledge of design and verification methodology (flows and tools).
- Experience in leading technical teams with line manager responsibility, including performance management and salary reviews.
- Experience with interviewing technical candidates and hiring decisions.
- Ability to organize, delegate, budget and plan team to meet departmental objectives.
- Strong leadership skills with an ability to foster a commercial, collaborative and learning environment.
- Ability to work with Senior Management to develop and work to budget.
- Cross-cultural awareness and sensitivity.
- Results-oriented mindset and ability to deliver on-time under tight schedule pressure.
- Ability to work both independently and part of a team.
- Flexibility to undertake occasional international travel at short notice.
- Excellent command of verbal and written English.
- Ability to propose innovative solutions.
- Excellent interpersonal communication and presentation skills with high level knowledge & expertise in conflict management.
- Degree level qualification in Electronics engineering or a related discipline typically required.
