SAP S/4HANA Transformation Project Manager

We are the global market leader in tool steel, high-speed steel, valve steel, special engineering steel, and other special grades. Our well-established brands have set industry standards for decades with their innovation and top-quality products. To further develop our processes for forecast and material requirements planning, we need an experienced Project Controlling & Governance Specialist.

The ideal candidate will maintain oversight of project milestones, budgets, and deliverables to ensure alignment with the project plan. They will oversee supplier activities, ensure adherence to Service Level Agreements (SLAs), manage supplier performance, and enforce contractual obligations. Regular status updates, Key Performance Indicator (KPI) reports, and project documentation will be delivered to stakeholders across all levels.

A strong background in Business Administration, Finance, Information Systems, or a related field is essential. The candidate should have experience in project controlling, supplier management, or PMO roles, preferably in large IT transformation projects like SAP S/4HANA. A keen eye for detail and excellent analytical and problem-solving skills are also necessary. Good communication and interpersonal skills enable the successful candidate to work across functions and teams effectively.
