Project Controlling Specialist for SAP S/4HANA Transformation

About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Project Controlling Specialist to join our team at voestalpine Edelstahl GmbH. As a key member of our organization, you will play a critical role in managing projects and ensuring their successful implementation.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Maintain oversight of project milestones, budgets, and deliverables to align with the project plan.
  • Oversee supplier activities and contracts, ensuring adherence to SLAs, managing supplier performance, and enforcing contractual obligations.
  • Deliver comprehensive status updates, KPI reports, and project documentation for stakeholders at all levels.

About You

  • You have a background in Business Administration, Finance, Information Systems, or a related field.
  • You have experience in project controlling, supplier management, or PMO roles, preferably within large IT transformation projects (SAP S/4HANA experience is highly desirable).
  • You possess strong financial acumen, with experience in budgeting and analysis.
  • You have supplier management skills, with experience negotiating, managing, and controlling supplier contracts.
  • You demonstrate strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a keen eye for detail.
  • You possess good communication and interpersonal skills, capable of working across functions and teams.
  • You can manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
