Job Description:

We are seeking a highly skilled Lead IoT Architect to join our team of IT specialists. As a key member of our team, you will work on the development of the technical core of our organization, ensuring the provision of postal services to the Austrian population, even in critical times.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design and implement innovative IoT solutions, from planning to implementing end-to-end IoT systems.
  • Monitor and evaluate emerging IoT technologies and trends for potential integration into existing solutions.
  • Collaborate with teams to seamlessly integrate IoT solutions into existing infrastructures, managing troubleshooting and optimization processes.
  • Ensure adherence to quality standards, security regulations, and data protection requirements specific to IoT.
  • Provide mentoring and fostering knowledge transfer within the team to promote a robust engineering culture.

Requirements:

  • Proficiency in.NET/C# and database systems.
  • Deep comprehension of Microsoft Cloud technologies and the IoT tech stack from protocol to application level.
  • A proven track record in designing and implementing successful product architectures.
  • A collaborative and adaptable attitude, with strong communication skills within international, agile teams.
  • Fluency in either German or English, with at least business-level proficiency in the other language.
