Visionary Product Strategist

At Dynatrace Austria GmbH, we are looking for a seasoned and visionary product lead to join our Solution leadership team. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for defining and developing the product vision, strategy, and roadmap that aligns with business goals.

Dynatrace exists to make software work perfectly. Our platform combines broad and deep observability and continuous runtime application security with advanced AIOps to provide answers and intelligent automation from data. This enables innovators to modernize and automate cloud operations, deliver software faster and more securely, and ensure flawless digital experiences.

We operate mission-critical usage metering systems, provide customers with advanced tools for insights and control over their spend, and develop products to manage the entire subscription lifecycle. We are dedicated to digitally enabling the customer purchase journey, catering to both existing and future digital buyers, and driving Product-Led-Growth initiatives to accelerate adoption of the Dynatrace Platform.

• Craft a compelling product vision and strategy that aligns with business goals.
• Lead the development and execution of the product roadmap to address customer requirements and dynamic needs of the business.
• Establish yourself as the domain expert across our entire Solution product portfolio and provide guidance and leadership to product managers.
• Regularly engage with senior leadership across core areas like Sales, Business Systems, Finance, Marketing, Alliances, Post-Sales, R&D, and external partners to ensure product strategy meets business objectives.
• Work closely with highly cross-functional teams to develop and deliver impactful product solutions.
• Conduct competitive analysis and market research to uncover opportunities and anticipate future trends.
• Present the product at customer briefings and regularly engage in customer interviews to identify recurring pain points and product improvements.
• Identify strategic organic and inorganic growth areas and develop product investment proposals.
• Utilize data to drive decisions, communicate impact, and secure buy-in from senior executives.

• 10+ years in product management or equivalent roles within a SaaS company serving enterprise customers.
• 5+ years in a Product Lead role, preferably managing teams of 10 or more product managers.
• Extensive experience in building and managing subscription products at scale in a B2B environment.
• Proven track record in defining and developing product strategies and driving innovation in a fast-growing software company.
• Experience in identifying and driving Product-Led-Growth initiatives in a B2B setting.
• Ability to handle complex conversations with customers and senior stakeholders.
• Outstanding organizational and leadership skills, with a hands-on mentality and proactive approach.
• Excellent business acumen and a strong customer-centric mindset.
• Clear sense of ownership and accountability, paired with excellent communication skills and a strong bias for action.
• Ideal candidates have prior experience in the Observability space.

We offer an attractive compensation package, including a base salary of €90,000 gross per year based on full-time employment. The actual salary may vary based on qualifications and experience.
