Cloud Development Team Lead for SAP Public Cloud ERP Solutions

A visionary leader is sought to spearhead the Cloud Development team at All for One, driving innovation and growth in the SAP Public Cloud ERP solutions space. With a focus on S/4HANA Cloud Public Edition and SAP Business ByDesign, this role offers a unique opportunity to shape the technological direction of our teams and ensure high-quality development of extensions and integrations based on modern cloud technologies.
Key Responsibilities:
• Oversee the targeted further development of a young, highly motivated team in Austria
• Ensure the growth of the team in a broad technological environment
• Actively shape the technological cornerstones and procedures of projects in the SAP S/4HANA Cloud Public Edition and SAP Business ByDesign environment
• Collaborate with the Cloud Development Team in Germany across countries and without noticeable team or country boundaries to drive developments and integrations in customer projects
• Work closely with sales, presales, consulting, and regular customer teams to ensure smooth collaboration
Requirements:
• Deep technical understanding and several years of practical experience in dealing with development technologies around S/4HANA Cloud Public Edition and SAP Business ByDesign (ABAP Cloud, BTP CAP, Integration Suite, ABSL Coding, SAP Build, etc.)
• At least 8 years of professional experience in the SAP Cloud development environment, with leadership roles that have made significant contributions to success
• Commercial understanding of budget and cost center responsibility to successfully lead the team commercially and support the development of new products and services
• Strong sense of leadership, ability to motivate teams, and support employees in their personal growth
• Excellent analytical and communication skills, confident and reliable manner to present complex topics in a targeted and convincing manner, and organize cross-team collaboration
• Fluency in German and English to communicate professionally with both internal and external stakeholders
What We Offer:
• A salary from €95,000 per year, including a fixed and variable component
