Operations Team Lead Role at Erste Digital GmbH

The Digital Web Services (DWS) team within Erste Digital is responsible for operational tasks related to Prime Applications for Digital Banking, focusing on George AT.

About the Job
  • You will be responsible for ensuring the stable operation of supported services in the Digital Banking and Payments environment as part of 2nd level support.
  • Various monitoring tools are available for you to monitor applications, helping you determine error sources and performance issues.

Your key responsibilities include:

  • Incorporating changes into regular operations
  • Documenting adaptions in various documentation tools
  • Performing root cause analysis using monitoring and observability tools
  • Incident management
  • Developing and optimizing operational and business processes
Requirements
  • Experience with application operation
  • Familiarity with Cloud and/or On-prem infrastructure
  • Experience in application performance monitoring (APM) is beneficial
  • Good knowledge of Unix and Red Hat Enterprise Linux
  • Ability to work in a team and excellent communication and presentation skills
  • Scripting and programming language knowledge, especially for web applications with Java, JavaScript, and HTML
  • Excellent English and German language skills, both written and verbal
