About the Role
">We are seeking a highly skilled Private Label Manager to join our BILLA CEE team As a key player in our organization, you will play a pivotal role in developing and implementing private label strategies that drive business growth and satisfaction among our customers.

Responsibilities
">- Work closely with brand managers to ensure smooth day-to-day operations and enhance overall team collaboration.
- Develop innovative packaging designs that reflect our corporate identity and appeal to target audiences.
- Manage the listing process for private label development, promoting efficient communication and teamwork.
- Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to coordinate packaging development, aligning with brand guidelines and best practices.
- Review and approve legal requirements, design principles, and packaging designs, prioritizing customer needs and expectations.
- Maintain accurate records in the internal database for private label products and related documentation.
- Oversee the collection and management of international product pack shots, ensuring timely and high-quality delivery.
Skills and Qualifications
">- Marketing-related degree (Bachelor's or Master's) and/or relevant work experience.
- Excellent MS Office skills and strong English language proficiency.
- Proven ability to work in a fast-paced environment, adapt quickly to new challenges, and excel under pressure.
- Strong interpersonal, teamwork, and leadership skills.
- Highly motivated self-starter who can balance independence with teamwork and achieve outstanding results.
- Effective negotiation, conflict resolution, and problem-solving skills.
- Capacity to prioritize tasks, manage time effectively, and meet deadlines.
