BILLA Central and Eastern Europe is part of the REWE Group that manages REWE's supermarket business in Bulgaria, Lithuania, Slovakia and the Czech Republic with almost 900 stores and over 25,000 employees. As a member of our BILLA CEE team, you will make a significant contribution to the success of our international stores by advising the country organizations.

**YOUR TASKS- AS VARIED AS THE TRADE**:

- Management of several brands according to the brand-related aspects
- Knowledge of markets, of consumption habits, of customer needs, and tendencies through continuous market observation, competitor analysis and analysis of the individual commodity group
- Performance review on adopted measures (post-evaluation of launches, relaunches, promotions) with regard to the stipulated target achievement
- Conducting continuous quality controls/ product tastings by means of sensory, visual tests, as well as by external laboratories (in cooperation with the quality assurance department)
- Realisation and coordination of the packaging design based on the stipulated label corporate identity
- Follow the strategy goals regarding Sustainability
- introducing green products, packaging standards
- Preparing design for PL with dual quality
- Coordinating regular conversations with the purchasing department
- Budget control over all necessary brand management measures (packaging, communication materials, etc.)
- Assuring an effective cooperation with Purchasing, Sales, shopper marketing and other external service providers in order to guarantee the targeted implementation of the measures in due time

**YOUR PROFIL- AS STRONG AS OUR BRANDS**:

- A completed education corresponding to this position (focus on: Advertising, Marketing)
- Minimum of 3 years of professional experience in a similar position
- Excellent IT skills (MS-Office)
- Excellent English skills
- High analytical and organisational skills
