**Roles & Responsibilities**:

- Deliver high level execution of Retail Marketing & Brand **strategies** to maximize store sell-out success and profitability.
- Identify local VM requirements, develop and execute specific VM training module upgrades.
- Assist to develop a world class VM Team
- Maintain an inspiring, motivating, goal driven attitude that promotes our values of honesty and trust in line with the corporate **shared values.**:

- Collaborating with the Visual Merchandising Manager (DACH)to meet the set KPI’s
- Build power-and fruitful relationships with Country Retail Organizations, and all other local or central department partners affecting business results
- Support on a regular basis in the Triumph headquarters on VM Guidelines set-up, Mock-shop and the update of all VM set-ups in the building

**Your ideal profile**
- At least 3+ years hands-on Visual Merchandising & training background,
- At least 1+ year in execution as well as structural VM development
- Experience with VM training at store & central level
- Fluent in German is mandatory and a good English level would be helpful
- Competent in all general Microsoft programs
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Flexible in working hours and must be willing to travel frequently
