Salary

The successful candidate can expect an attractive and performance-based annual gross salary starting at 46,000 Euro (on a full-time basis) with the possibility of higher pay according to experience and qualifications.

Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled Financial Operations Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will have excellent MS Excel skills, good knowledge of SAP and other accounting systems, and very good English language skills. IFRS 16 knowledge is also required.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Support in the implementation of accounting group requirements as well as participation in projects (e.g. implementation of SAP S/4HANA and EU Taxonomy)
  • Assistance in the preparation of the annual financial statements according to IFRS
  • Close cooperation with different company areas as well as participation in international meetings and support during country visits
  • Development of solution concepts for the required support based on business unit requirements as well as design of accounting workflows, ongoing analysis and optimization thereof
  • Information hub and coordination between all involved strategic business units regarding accounting and other finance processes in the international area
  • Proactive driver of current topics as well as development of accounting policies and work instructions to implement and enforce internal controls

Required Skills and Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you will need to possess:

  • Very good MS Excel skills; good knowledge of SAP and other accounting systems are of advantage
  • Very good English language skills; German and other language skills are of advantage
  • IFRS 16 knowledge
  • Willingness to travel outside of Austria
  • Team player with open-mindedness and intercultural skills as well as strong communication skills and assertiveness
  • Solution-oriented and independent work approach with high service orientation and organizational skills
  • Commitment and high motivation to familiarize yourself with new topics
