As a Full Stack Software Engineer in our Microsoft's HLS AI Benchmarking team, you will be at the forefront of advancing AI in healthcare by testing and benchmarking cutting-edge models for real-world Health and Life Sciences applications.
Your responsibilities include developing, testing, and maintaining high-throughput AI-LM pipelines, working with internal component providers and their APIs, designing components carefully, properly handling errors, writing clean and well-factored code with good tests, and ensuring maintainability. You will also stand-up new models/end-points, maintain existing end-points, provide a reliable and comparable set of benchmarks, and work with product, customer-facing, and research teams to develop new datasets and benchmarks as required.

Salary Information
The estimated annual salary for this role is 66,900 euros, depending on experience. Required Skills and Qualifications
To succeed in this role, you should have a Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science or a related technical discipline, along with multi-year technical engineering experience with coding in languages including C, C++, C#, Java, or JavaScript. Experience as a full-stack developer, preferably in the Healthcare sector, is highly desirable. Previous experience in Python and related AI/ML libraries, Azure, AzureML (or similar competitive products), SRE, and strong interest in AI/machine learning in healthcare are essential.
