Senior AI & GenAI Community Consultant (f/m/d)

Your responsibilities
Showcasing the practical implementation of data engineering and machine learning (with a focus on AI) through blueprints, case studies, pilot projects, or proof of concepts. Offering expert guidance and documentation on best practices, methodologies, and technologies developed by the Advanced Analytics & AI tribe data science use cases. Facilitating discussions and forums for knowledge sharing among community members, encompassing both experts and novices. Conducting workshops, seminars, and training sessions to impart knowledge and skills in a hands-on manner to community members. Supporting the community by collaborating with them during the initialization or implementation of solutions utilizing AI and generative AI with an emphasis on end-to-end delivery. Leverage cutting-edge cloud infrastructure (end-to-end data science framework on AWS using Databricks), ensuring the effective application and scaling of AI and generative AI solutions. Serve as a crucial link between business experts, IT, and Advanced Analytics & AI, integrating both traditional machine learning and generative AI techniques into broader business strategies and technical solutions.Your essential skills
Strategic Problem-Solving: Analytical mindset and business acumen to identify community needs and implement customized solutions around AI & GenAI. Solid Technical Expertise: Extensive knowledge of programming languages (with a focus on Python) and AI & GenAI libraries, with the capability to apply them to address real-world challenges. Educational Leadership: Experience in teaching, consulting, or mentoring, with the ability to develop and deliver engaging content. Goal-Oriented & Proactive Attitude: Proven history of delivering successful use cases, including complex scenarios and business processes. You are energetic, enthusiastic, and passionate about providing high-quality end-to-end AA & AI solutions in a dynamic environment.
