Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Process Engineer to lead our project teams in process plant construction for the pharmaceutical or biotechnological industry. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for planning, designing, and implementing process engineering solutions that meet the highest standards of quality and safety.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead project teams in process engineering, ensuring timely and within-budget delivery of projects
  • Develop and implement process engineering designs, including piping systems and basic operations
  • Ensure compliance with cGMP regulations, including IQ and OQ qualification
  • Coordinate and control project documentation, including commissioning and qualification
  • Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to deliver high-quality projects

Requirements

  • Education in a scientific or technical field, such as process engineering, food and biotechnology, pharmaceutical technology, mechanical engineering, or plant engineering
  • Proven experience in process engineering, with a strong understanding of the pharmaceutical industry
  • Project management experience, with the ability to lead teams and manage multiple projects
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with internal and external stakeholders
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to think critically and creatively
  • Fluency in English, with the ability to communicate effectively in a global environment
