We are seeking a highly skilled Global HR Transformation Specialist to join our team in Salzburg, Austria.
Job Description
- Collaborate with local HR departments in various countries and teams to drive cross-departmental projects with a strategic HR focus.
- Support the planning and execution of global transformation initiatives, including change management and process improvement.
- Provide expert guidance and consultancy to relevant stakeholders, leveraging industry research and best practices.
- Conduct data analysis, consolidate information, and develop international reports, guidelines, and processes.
Your Profile
- You hold a degree in economics or human resources, with advanced professional experience in global project and process management.
- You possess fluency in business English and strong analytical thinking skills, with the ability to develop strategic concepts.
- You have experience working in an international environment and demonstrate strong interpersonal and communication skills.
