Job Overview

Key Responsibilities

  • Project Management: Support the optimization and digitalization of global HR processes, working closely with cross-functional teams to ensure successful project delivery.
  • Workshops and Events: Assist in planning and organizing meetings, workshops, and events that contribute significantly to the development of our company.
  • Digitalization and Documentation: Create presentation materials, documentation, and support organizational tasks to ensure project success.
  • Flexibility and Adaptability: Work in a dynamic team that values individual strengths and interests, allowing for a tailored approach to task distribution.

Requirements and Qualifications

To succeed in this role, you should possess:

  • Education: A degree in Business or IT-related fields, such as International Business, Management, Data Science, or similar.
  • Experience: Initial experience in project management, process automation, or IT/Digital Business.
  • Skills: Proficiency in MS Office, strong analytical skills, excellent communication abilities in German and English, and a keen interest in digitalization, data analysis, and HR processes.
  • Personal Qualities: Drive, motivation, and a willingness to continuously develop new skills.
