About the Role
  • You will be responsible for managing human resources projects on an international level, collaborating closely with HR teams to develop and implement strategic initiatives.
  • You will analyze processes within the HR department and optimize them to improve efficiency and effectiveness.
  • You will create reports and presentations to communicate project progress and results to stakeholders.
  • You will handle daily tasks and assignments related to HR projects.
About You
  • You have a passion for mobility and digitalization.
  • You hold a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Human Resources or a related field.
  • You possess excellent communication skills, engagement, and teamwork abilities.
  • You have analytical thinking and problem-solving skills.
  • You have first-hand experience in the industry, either locally or internationally.
  • You are open to international mobility and willing to relocate.
  • You have excellent German and English language skills, with additional languages being an asset.
