Porsche Holding, a leading mobility solutions provider, is seeking an ambitious International Management Trainee - Finance to join our dynamic team. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for driving business growth, optimizing financial processes, and developing strategic partnerships.

About the Role:

  • Assume leadership responsibilities from day one and contribute to the development of global finance projects.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive consolidation and IFRS topics.
  • Support monthly closings and annual accounts, ensuring timely and accurate financial reporting.
  • Design budgets and multi-year plans, aligning with organizational goals.
  • Embark on a 18-month rotational program, working in three distinct business areas (Wholesale Controlling, Porsche Bank, Treasury, Retail Accounting) within Porsche Holding, with one international assignment.

Your Qualifications:

  • Demonstrate a passion for mobility and digitalization, coupled with analytical thinking and an affinity for numbers.
  • Hold a business degree with a focus on finance (Bachelor or Master).
  • Exhibit excellent communication skills, commitment, and team spirit.
  • Showcase first (international) working experience, preferably in a related field.
  • Maintain very good knowledge of English and German, with additional languages being an asset.
