Job Description
We are seeking an experienced Financial Planning and Analysis Manager to join our GBS team in Salzburg, Austria. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for leading the commercial evaluation of shared services provider tender offers, managing existing business cases, and developing new shared services opportunities.
You will work closely with external vendors to ensure accurate data and reporting, define and implement a global controlling concept, and handle financial planning and forecasting for the GBS organization.
Required Skills and Qualifications
- Completed studies in business administration, economics, or related subjects
- 3+ years of work experience in controlling, project management, or finance
- Experienced in producing business cases and financial models
- Strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and excellent communication skills
- Advanced Excel skills and fluency in English; German would be an advantage
- Willingness to travel internationally and adapt to a dynamic environment
