International Sales Professional

We are seeking a highly motivated and skilled International Management Trainee to join our Sales team at Porsche Holding.
As an International Management Trainee, you will be responsible for working on national and international Sales projects, analyzing reports, and gaining hands-on experience in the operative business.
Throughout your 18-month training program, you will get to know three business areas/stations, including one abroad, and develop a deep understanding of our company's vision and values.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and implement Sales strategies for national and international markets.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive business growth and improve processes.
- Analyze sales data and market trends to inform business decisions.
- Represent Porsche Holding at industry events and conferences.
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in a relevant field.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proven analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Fluency in German and English (additional languages are an asset).
