Contract Lawyer Expert

We are seeking an experienced Contract Lawyer Expert to join our Customer Relations Legal Services team.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in contract law, with several years of experience in the field. They will be responsible for supporting management and specialist departments in legal matters, acting as a point of contact, particularly in the areas of contract law, international contract law, and data protection.

The role will also involve researching legal issues, developing proposed solutions, and working on the creation, review, negotiation, and interpretation of international and national contracts. Additionally, the candidate will support the specialist department in commercial matters, define and monitor standards from the preparation of offers to project acceptance, and stay up-to-date with legal developments at the European and national level.

To be successful in this role, the candidate will need to have excellent communication skills, be able to communicate legal facts and issues in an interdisciplinary manner, and act as an information interface. They will also need to be a team player, willing to work on IT projects and software products in a dynamic company, and have very good German and English language skills in a legal context.
