Job Title: Senior C++ Software Engineer

At Dynatrace, we're seeking a highly skilled Senior C++ Software Engineer to join our Agent team. As a key member of our team, you'll play a crucial role in implementing changes, improvements, and new features to our Go Agent, working primarily in C++.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop performance and availability monitoring solutions for Go applications
  • Work primarily with C++
  • Analyze and gain an understanding of the inner workings of Go runtime
  • Design and implement new features (Feature Ownership)
  • Collaborate with local and international development teams
  • Stay up-to-date with the Go open-source community

Requirements:

  • Several years of C++ experience
  • Interest in deep diving into hidden corners of the Go runtime
  • Enjoy developing high-performance algorithms and working with the latest technologies
  • Experience with Go or a willingness to learn on the job
  • Interest in cloud technologies (e.g., AWS Lambda, Google Functions)
  • Ability to focus on details while keeping the mind open for the whole ecosystem
  • Team player and eager to learn innovative technologies

Compensation and Rewards:

  • Minimum salary: €56,000 gross per year based on full-time employment; higher salary in line with qualifications and experience
