About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior C++ Software Engineer to join our team at Dynatrace Austria GmbH. As a key member of our Go Agent team, you will be responsible for developing performance and availability monitoring solutions for Go applications.

Key Responsibilities
  • Design and implement new features for our Go Agent, working primarily with C++.
  • Analyze and gain an understanding of the inner workings of the Go runtime.
  • Collaborate with local and international development teams to deliver high-quality solutions.
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest Go open-source community developments.
  • Develop high-performance algorithms and work with the latest technologies.
Requirements
  • Several years of C++ experience.
  • Interest in deep diving into the Go runtime.
  • Experience with Go or a willingness to learn on the job.
  • Interest in cloud technologies (e.g. AWS Lambda, Google Functions).
  • Ability to focus on details while keeping a broad perspective.
  • Team player with a willingness to learn and adapt.

Compensation and Benefits

We offer attractive compensation packages and stock purchase options with numerous benefits and advantages. The minimum salary for this position is €56,000 gross per year based on full-time employment, with a higher salary in line with qualifications and experience.
