We are currently seeking a skilled Front Desk Professional to join our team at the headquarters in a full-time position (38.5 hours per week).

About the Role

This is an exciting opportunity for a friendly and outgoing individual who enjoys interacting with people to support our reception team.

The successful candidate will be responsible for:

  • Welcoming international business partners and supporting our Red Bull employees
  • Coordinating and supporting administrative matters
  • Handling incoming and outgoing mail
  • Assisting other departments
Requirements

To be considered for this role, you should have:

  • A commercial education or completed education in hotel & restaurant business
  • Excellent MS Office skills
  • Good communication skills and a confident demeanor
  • Reliability, precision, and organizational talent
What We Offer

We offer a competitive salary of $45,000-$55,000 per year, depending on experience, as well as opportunities for growth and development within the company.
