Als Teil unseres Teams wirst du verantwortlich sein für die Entwicklung und Implementierung von Talent Acquisition- und Employer Branding-Strategien.

Deine Aufgaben:
  • Führung und Leitung eines Teams von Talent Acquisition- und Employer Branding-Spezialisten.
  • Entwicklung und Implementierung von Talent Acquisition- und Employer Branding-Strategien.
  • Positionierung unseres Kunden als führenden Arbeitgeber auf dem Markt.

Deine Qualifikationen:
  • Abgeschlossene höhere Ausbildung (Bachelor-Abschluss oder höher) in einem verwandten Bereich.
  • Mindestens 5 Jahre Erfahrung in Talent Acquisition und Employer Branding.
  • Nachweisliche Expertise im Management von end-to-end Rekrutierung und Sourcing-Prozessen.
  • Vertrautheit mit Arbeitsgesetzen und Best Practices in Rekrutierung und Employer Branding.
  • Führungserfahrung mit der Fähigkeit, dein Team zu inspirieren und zu leiten.
  • Starke Projektmanagementfähigkeiten mit einer ergebnisorientierten Denkweise.
  • Kreativität und Fertigkeit im Erstellen ansprechender Kommunikationsmaterialien.
  • Exzellente Präsentations-, Verhandlungs- und zwischenmenschliche Fähigkeiten.
  • Hands-on Mentalität mit Flexibilität, Zuverlässigkeit und Diskretion.
  • Fließend in Deutsch und Englisch (schriftlich und mündlich).
