Salary
The minimum gross salary according to the Austrian metal industry collective agreement is EUR 59,776.98 per year. We are willing to overpay based on training and qualification.
Job Description
As Head of Quality Management Product Line Aerial Work Platforms and Special Solutions, you will be an essential member of the management team. Reporting directly to the Head of Global Product Line Quality Management, you will lead and further develop an international team of quality management specialists.
You will actively contribute to the strategic direction and participate in release decisions within the development process. You will define, optimize, and implement global quality and environmental management processes while managing the Q-Circle to drive collaborative problem-solving initiatives.
Additionally, you will apply advanced quality management tools and methods to enhance efficiency and ensure compliance with quality and safety standards throughout the Product Development Process (PDP) and the entire product lifecycle.
You will conduct training sessions to increase quality awareness and provide technical support to further develop and improve claim management processes.
