Job DescriptionWe are seeking an experienced Quality Management Strategist to join our team as Head of Quality Management for our Product Line Aerial Work Platforms and Special Solutions. As a key member of the management team, you will be responsible for the strategic direction and progressive development of our international quality management team.
Key responsibilities include:
- Leading and further developing the international PLQM team to drive strategic quality management initiatives and continuous improvement of products and processes.
- Contributing to the strategic direction and participating in release decisions within the product development process.
- Defining, optimizing, and implementing global quality and environmental management processes.
To be successful in this role, you will require:
- A completed degree or comparable training with several years of professional experience in quality management.
- Solid knowledge of integrated management systems (ISO 9001, 14001, 45001).
- Experience in leading projects and interdisciplinary teams, with expertise in applying standard quality methods (FMEA, APQP, PPAP, etc.).
- Strong customer orientation and proven experience in handling complaints and problem-solving, paired with good communication and teamwork skills.

The minimum gross salary according to the Austrian metal industry collective agreement is EUR 59,776.98 per year. We offer a competitive salary package that reflects your qualifications and experience.
