Job Title: Profitability Systems Project Manager - Business Champion



The Customer Profitability Management (CPM) team at Red Bull is seeking a highly skilled Profitability Systems Project Manager - Business Champion to lead and participate in project teams and projects from end to end. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for identifying, designing, and implementing system enhancements as well as new technologies to enable business processes, improve user experience, and ensure data quality.



Key Responsibilities:


  • Lead and participate in project teams and projects from end to end
  • Identify, design, and implement system enhancements and new technologies
  • Enable business processes, improve user experience, and ensure data quality
  • Drive change and ensure the successful adoption of new systems and processes
  • Act as a point of contact for local Key Users and support them in case of process or system related issues and questions


Requirements:


  • At least 4 years of relevant experience in Project Management/Product Management/Sales/Controlling/IT
  • Ability to understand complex processes, identify risks and drive solutions
  • Experience with knowledge, process or change management is an advantage
  • Experience in the FMCG industry and/or focus on sales planning or revenue management is an advantage
  • Strong IT skills and technically savvy, familiarity with ERP systems or any integrated business analytics tool is an advantage
  • University degree in Business, Finance, IT or any other relevant subject
  • Results-oriented team player with strong communication and presentation skills
  • Highly organised, proactive and passionate for learning
  • Fluent in English, German is a plus


Additional Information:

Due to legal reasons we are obliged to disclose the minimum salary according to the collective agreement for this position, which is EUR 2,229 gross per month. However, our attractive compensation package is based on market-oriented salaries and is therefore significantly above the stated minimum salary.
