In this pivotal role as Profitability Systems Transformation Lead at Red Bull, you will spearhead the management and development of innovative system solutions that drive valuable business insights across our global organization.

Your mission will be to identify, design, and implement system enhancements and new technologies to enable business processes, improve user experience, and ensure data quality. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to capture business requirements and maintain a strong alignment on short- and long-term strategy.

You will lead and participate in project teams from end-to-end, defining approaches and methodologies to achieve project goals best. Strong stakeholder management and communication skills are vital for this role, as well as the ability to challenge the status quo, facilitate discussions, and manage various project dependencies.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Driving change by analysing user feedback and process gaps to develop strategies for enhancing adoption of new processes and systems across the organisation.
  • Partnering with key users to encourage knowledge sharing between departments and building strong partnerships to ensure our tools and processes are built for and used to their full potential.
  • Conceiving and creating trainings and workshops, preparing related materials and documentation, and holding on-site and online trainings for system users to ensure proper system handling.

We offer an attractive compensation package based on market-oriented salaries, significantly above the stated minimum salary of EUR 2,229 gross per month.
