The Customer Profitability Management (CPM) team at Red Bull is responsible for the development of innovative system solutions that generate valuable business insights. As a key member of this team, you will play a crucial role in enabling business processes, improving user experience, and ensuring data quality.

With a focus on driving change and ensuring the successful adoption of new systems and processes, you will be entrusted with identifying, designing, and implementing system enhancements as well as new technologies.

Job Description

As a Business Process Optimization Leader, you will lead and participate in project teams and projects from end to end: from project planning, over understanding and documentation of business requirements, to system testing, implementation and training the users.

You will challenge the status quo, facilitate discussions, and continuously identify and manage various project and process dependencies.

Requirements
  • At least 4 years of relevant experience in Project Management/Product Management/ Sales/Controlling/IT
  • Ability to understand complex processes, identify risks and drive solutions
  • Experience with knowledge, process or change management is an advantage
  • Strong IT skills and technically savvy, familiarity with ERP systems or any integrated business analytics tool is an advantage
  • University degree in Business, Finance, IT or any other relevant subject
  • Results-oriented team player with strong communication and presentation skills
  • Highly organised, proactive and passionate for learning
  • Fluent in English, German is a plus
Compensation

We offer a competitive salary, estimated to be around €22,290 per month, based on market conditions and location. Our compensation package is designed to attract and retain top talent, and we believe that our employees are our greatest asset.
