Overview

We are seeking a highly experienced Senior Business Process Optimization Specialist to join our Global Data Team in Salzburg. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for supporting senior line managers in the development of new processes and features, and translating business and process requirements to functional concepts as a basis for technical implementation.

Responsibilities
  • Collect, derive, and challenge business requirements, aligning them with cross-functional stakeholders to ensure end-to-end integration of anticipated changes.
  • Provide an objective and holistic perspective to avoid isolated solutions and secure seamless integration of all anticipated changes.
  • Shape our process and system level to increase maturity levels by applying conceptual strength and supply chain know-how.
  • Secure structured and detailed requirement documentation (Business Scope Statement) and hand it over to IT.
  • Manage and drive projects independently, defining and scheduling work packages, setting up realistic project timelines, tracking and documenting project progress and milestones, and ensuring reporting and escalation to senior management.
Requirements

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • 7+ years of professional experience in supply chain planning, proficient in SAP IBP.
  • Bachelor or master's degree in business administration, supply chain or operations management, process, and/or project management, or similar.
  • Depth knowledge of SAP IBP and proven expertise in developing and implementing process improvements in the field of new product introduction.
  • Highly experienced in gathering, challenging, and translating business requirements to system integration concepts.
  • Verifiable experience in managing projects and programs.
  • System affinity, conceptual strength, and holistic view.
  • Strong analytical skills, solution-oriented, structured, assertiveness, communicative, and collaborative, with the ability to work under pressure and self-dependently.
  • Fluent in English, German beneficial but not mandatory.
  • Advanced level of Microsoft Office Suite and handling of project management tools.
